Shipping policy

All of our products are hand-painted and made with care. Because each piece is created by hand, orders do take time to complete.

At checkout, you may see an estimated delivery or fulfillment date. Please note that this date is only an estimate. We do our best to complete and ship orders as quickly as possible, and most orders are ready to ship within 7–10 days or less. If you need an order quickly send us an email! 

Please keep in mind that this processing time does not include shipping transit time. Once your order has been shipped, delivery times are handled by the shipping carrier and are outside of our control.

We typically ship through USPS. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been shipped, packages are covered by USPS in the event of loss or damage during transit. If you experience an issue with your package after it has shipped, please contact us so we can help initiate a claim with USPS.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available in Scotia, NY.

Once your order is ready, you will receive a notification email. Please reply to that email so we can coordinate a pickup time that works for both of us.

Shipping Charges

Orders of $75 or more qualify for free shipping.

Orders under $75 are charged a flat shipping rate of $7.99, which reflects the current cost of shipping through USPS.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. When we offer free shipping, those shipping costs are covered by us. Sadly, USPS does not let us ship for free!
